Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure is seeking a Federal Pricing Analyst to join our team in Blue Bell, PA. Develops / reviews cost proposals in accordance with solicitation requirements. Obtains supporting backup to substantiate cost estimates and reviews templates for accuracy. Develops labor rates based on solicitation requirements.
Key Responsibilities •Assists in maintaining a database of 5,000 employees experience background •Prepares accurate pricing templates in accordance with US Government price schedules and Amec Foster Wheeler’s cost accounting structure •Prepares EBIT analysis to be reviewed by upper management •Assures that proper insurances are included in cost proposals •Conducts quality review of estimates in Excel to ensure formulas are accurate and costs are properly supported / documented •Supports specific A / E contracts to assure compliance with contract provisions •Prepares narratives to explain the development of cost proposals and basis of estimates •Interfaces with clients to address any pricing explanations and clarifications needed
