We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead and grow our Alexandria/Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have: Master degree in engineering, a P.E. license, 8-10 years of work experience at an architecture, structural or mechanical engineering firm, experience working with federal agencies, and a familiarity with the architectural and engineering community in the greater D.C. area. An understanding of dynamic loads and inelastic behavior of structures is preferred.
The successful candidate additionally has a positive, collaborative personality, strong people skills to supervise and mentor staff, and some business development/marketing knowledge to retain and grow our client base.
