QTS is currently seeking an energetic Quality Coordinator with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple demands. This position is responsible to provide quality oversight on the production floor, perform final inspection and release of finished products as well as conduct ongoing line audits and documentation review. In addition, this position will be responsible to support incoming material inspection on a regular basis. An ideal candidate will have the ability to successfully multi-task and adapt to change in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Approve Certificates of Compliance for finished products (including Sterilization documentation, sterile release and Certification as needed).
Perform and report on ongoing production audits (Production Line Audits).
Coordinate and maintain the calibration system, calibration report review & approvals and record keeping.
Assist Quality and Manufacturing personnel in the issuance, investigation and closure of Non-Conformance Reports, Complaints and CAPA’s.
Perform incoming inspection on applicable components/materials and maintain inspection and traceability files (when inspection volume is high).
Skills and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment, preferably Quality related work in a regulated industry.
Ability and knowledge in the use of common inspection equipment such as: calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, drop indicators, and dial indicators.
Basic computer skills, detail oriented and ability to read, speak and write English fluently.
