National Express, LLC is looking for recent or soon-to-be college graduate to join our field team as an Operations Management Trainee to take part in a comprehensive training program. This development program will prepare a high-potential individual, new to our industry, to be an Operations leader within 12 months. Key Responsibilities Include: Learning and participating in all activities within an operations environment including but not limited to management of P&L, safety, maintenance, employee relations, dispatching, customer relations and commercial development.

GPA – 3.0 or higher

Willingness to travel to all National Express School bus locations during the 12-month training program
Flexible working hours: early mornings and late nights
Skills: Computer proficiency; communication (articulate communicator/presence); decision making; planning, organizing, prioritizing; creating and editing written reports; strong interpersonal and negotiation
