The successful candidate will have a strong record of accomplishment and success in his/her previous assignment(s), a clear and effective writing style, and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Civil Engineering or related field and at least three years of progressive signal system engineering/traffic engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Professional Engineer certification and management experience preferred. |
