Gunderson, Inc. is growing rapidly and expanding, adding a Chief Industrial Maintenance Manager to our team. This position is based at our Menasha, WI location. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, analyzing equipment, and safely leading a team of 100% actively engaged people. • Plan / prioritize workload to support production and ensure efficient use of working time and budget
• Analysis of repetitive equipment failures and root cause
• Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation or development of alternatives
• Work with Admin to maintain equipment records
• Development of Maintenance and Budgeting reports for Management with the assistance of Admin
• Work with Admin in the forecasting of spare parts
• Carry out PPM schedules as necessary and planned work orders as required
• Application of scheduling, project management principles, and replacement programs
• Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance and repairs of equipment
• Supervise internal Maintenance staff and Vendors working onsite
• Accountable for follow-through of Maintenance staff, condition of machinery, and task loads
• Reviewing personnel performance
• Assessing and reporting safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipment
• Responsible for safety needed improvements with the Safety Manager
• All work to be carried out operating in a safe and highly efficient manner
