SUMMARY:

The Process Engineer will provide engineering and leadership to support processes and business at McGean's Cleveland Manufacturing Facility.

Responsibilities include: 

• Lead new product scale-up activities, including: coordination of lab scale testing, procedure/recipe development, monitoring plant trials and implementing process improvements. 
• Lead and/or support process safety hazard reviews for new and existing products.
• Work with operations and laboratory resources to identify and resolve product quality issues. 
• Lead process optimization, troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical support efforts for the operations team.
• Engineering support for plant DCS control systems.
• Engineering evaluation and implementation support of capital projects.   
• Work closely with EHS&S team to ensure new and existing products meet regulatory requirements. 

Experience Level:  5+ years

Education: B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering, or another Engineering or Scientific field combined with process plant experience.
