Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of Engineering, shall perform professional engineering services with a predominate focus on utility engineering; is responsible for leading and/or participating in the planning, budgeting, contract management, public relations, design, and construction administration of assigned utility capital  Improvement projects, capital maintenance projects, asset management, private development and right of way permit reviews, in addition to providing technical support to other city departments.
