Job Description Summary: As a seasoned engineering leader, you will guide the development of our groundbreaking Airborne Phased Array Radar (APAR) development. Your broad engineering expertise and technical knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring the successful design, development, validation, and operation of this critical weather observation tool. Job Location: Boulder, CO Job Type:   Hybrid (minimum of 3 days required in the office) Willingness to travel and work in remote field locations on occasion, typically for not more than 7 days per trip.   Position Type & Term:  Full-time, 3-y
