Position Summary: The director of Performance Excellence provides improvement support by functioning as a project manager, facilitator, consultant, and analyst using Six Sigma methodologies. The Director facilitates the assessment of problems, the compilation and analysis of data, the development of improvement teams, the design and collection of metrics, and the facilitation of improvement efforts and sustained performance.  Essential Job Functions: Develops specific programs and services using Lean Six Sigma methodologies that can be offered to Sky Lakes departments, leaders, and staff intended to improve efficiencies, control/ decrease costs,
