Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital (JHACH) in St Petersburg, Florida, is recruiting an additional clinical geneticist to assist with our growing number of consults and clinics. We are seeking a board certified/board eligible clinical geneticist skilled in caring for children with a variety of genetic disorders. Our clinical genetics program offers comprehensive evaluation and medical management of children and families with a broad range of genetic conditions.
JHACH is a 259-bed teaching hospital, recently ranked by the U.S. News & World Report (2022-2023) in four pediatric specialties and the #1 Children’s Hospital in the Tampa Bay region. The hospital is home to a 97-bed, Level IV NICU, 28-bed pediatric blood and marrow transplant unit and a 22-bed CVICU. We have several genetic multidisciplinary clinics including cardiac genetics, neurocutaneous disorders and skeletal dysplasia. JHACH is home to a CAP accredited biorepository.
JHACH is the only US hospital outside the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. location that is part of the Johns Hopkins Medicine system. We stand at the forefront of discovery, leading innovative research to cure and prevent childhood diseases while training the next generation of pediatric experts. In addition to providing clinical care, participation in research will be strongly encouraged. Qualified candidates are eligible for an academic appointment at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (academic rank is open and commensurate with experience).
