Postdoctoral Associate - Microphysiological Human Tissue Systems
Seeking a postdoctoral researcher in the laboratory of Professor George Truskey in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Duke University to develop and test human microphysiological systems in studies that examine genome editing outcomes and vascular function using primary and induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived cells.  Applicant will fabricate Microphysiological Systems (MPS) using CRISPR-modified cells and use MPS as platform to understand myopathies and vascular function.
