Controller KDM Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our team and oversee the company’s financial health and operations. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this leadership role is critical in ensuring that KDM Engineering remains financially sound, compliant with all requirements, and well-positioned for continued growth. The Controller will manage the Accounting and Finance Department, maintain completely accurate records of the firm’s transactions, and review financial statements to determine the firm’s financial health and take action accordingly. They will work closely with the executive team and external auditors to maintain financial stability, develop strategic insights, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
