Postdoctoral Position in Plant Cell Biology
Postdoctoral Research Scholar Position in Plant Cell Biology A postdoctoral research scholar position is available immediately in the Department of Plant and Microbial Biology at North Carolina State University. The position is funded by an NSF collaborative grant.  The main responsibility of this position is to optimize and increase the application of E3 DART, a plant-compatible degron tool for inactivation of protein targets in plants (see Huang and Rojas-Pierce, 2024, Plant Cell). This system will enable the characterization of plant essential proteins even for studies of highly dynamic processes such as endomembrane trafficking. NCSU has state-of the art facilities for microscopy, proteomics and plant growth and a vibrant communit
